Compensation

Upon delivery of your visual assets you will be required to pay your invoice in full to download any content.

By paying for and downloading photos, you are agreeing to the intellectual property and licensing information listed below.

Delivery

Once your assignment is completed, you will receive an email/text letting you know. At that time please review the images prior to picking them up and downloading them as once they are downloaded the image licensing is assigned to you and cannot be revoked. Any corrections or adjustments that are needed must be communicated to us within 48 hours with detailed information.

Turnaround Time

• 1-2 business days for photos

• 1-2 business day for twilight/virtual twilight photos

• 2-3 business days for virtual staging photos

• 1-2 business days for illustrated drone photos

• 1-2 business day for dedicated property websites

• 1 business day for 3D virtual tours (Matterport)

• 2-3 business days for 2D floor plans

• 4-5 business days for illustrated 2D floor plans

• 1-2 business days for 60-90 second highlight videos

• 2-3 business days for 1-2 minute cinematic videos

• 1-2 business days for photo revision requests

• 1-2 business days for video revision requests

Fees for Late Payment

There will be a $50 charge for late payments extending 20 days from the day of delivery.

Travel Fees

There is 0.6 cent one way mileage charge for listings 60+ miles away from starting location.

Cancellation and Postponement

You are free to cancel or postpone a booking up to 6 hours before the appointment begins. If you need to cancel within that time frame you will be subject to a $25 fee.

Revisions

You may request up to 3 revisions on any delivered media. This includes, videos, photos, virtual staging, websites, and virtual tour edits. Having properties/rooms reshot is not guaranteed and are based on per-project basis depending on what needs to be done.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

(Media refers to any photographic, marketing, or video material created by Keyframes Media)

Real Estate Agents / Brokerages:

By booking an appointment, you are paying for appropriate licensing to utilize media to market the sale of the property booked. The media given to you may not be given to a third party such as a contractor, designer, etc. Please note that we will almost never give up the copyright license to any of our media, if you would like to purchase a full license please contact us. Purchasing the deliverables gives you the ability to market the property via photos on the MLS/Internet/Instagram/Facebook and other sharing applications. Please note that you do not have the appropriate permissions to re-sell any media material.

Commercial Clients / Designers / Builders

By booking an appointment, you are paying for appropriate licensing to utilize media to market your business and your business only. The media may not be given or sold to a third party such as another designer, contractor, manufacturers, etc. Please note that we will almost never give up the copyright license to any of our media, if you would like to purchase a full license please contact us. If a third party contacts you about using the media, please have them contact us. They may license the media from us for their usage, only after we receive explicit permission from you that you don't mind that the transaction takes place. Please note that you do not have the appropriate permissions to re-sell any media material.
